A public mobility platform for riders, drivers, courier delivery, wallet records, receipts, support, and business mobility.
The EgaRide launch project is the central project for EgaForce’s transportation identity. It brings together rider demand, driver supply, courier delivery, business mobility, payment records, and support into a coherent product story.
The work is intentionally operational. The platform must help people book movement, help drivers understand work and earnings, help businesses coordinate trips, and help support teams solve problems with records instead of guesswork.
Challenge
The market is full of informal movement, scattered driver coordination, weak support records, and inconsistent customer experiences. EgaRide needs to grow as a trusted transport product, not just another booking form.
Solution
Build a platform with rider booking, driver onboarding, courier jobs, wallet and receipt records, business mobility, support workflows, and a service architecture that can expand by region and use case.
